纪念史上最畅销的英国摇滚乐队 – 披头士乐队The Beatles《The Beatles (White Album)》发行50周年，2018年11月9日，这张作品重新发布50周年限定版 -《The Beatles (White Album) 50th Anniversary Edition》。限定版包括3CD“豪华版本”( Deluxe Version) 以及6CD“超豪华版本”(Super Deluxe Version)。
1968年11月22日，The Beatles的第九张录音室专辑《The Beatles (White Album)》发行，收录并记载了45首经典曲目。50年后的周年限定版重新混音，加收未曾发布的“非正式作品”让更多乐迷重回“披头士狂热”的摇滚时代，原音重现创作过程中他们留下过的历史的声音。
《The Beatles(White Album)》50th Anniversary Edition是第二部重释The Beatles录音室专辑的多格式作品，由英国音乐人Giles Martin担纲混音/制作部分。他是The Beatles御用制作人George Martin之子，曾参与The Beatles的作品包括2015《1+》，2016 《Live at the Hollywood Bowl》，2017 《Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band – 50th anniversary editions》等等。
重要的是，限定版内收录的ESHER DEMOS是一张27首曲目组成的Beatles不插电合辑，其中的19首是作为小样录制的，日后成为了《White Album》内的曲目。这是披头士最著名的非正式发行碟之一，在此之前歌迷只能听到极低质量的版本，此套装内收录的，则是原版的录音版本。
另外，6CD超豪华版还收录了由Giles Martin remix的“Lady Madonna”’, “Hey Jude”，“Revolution”的片段，这些曲目曾在1968年以单曲形式发行，并未收录专辑中。
